I puchased this iron to replace my Rowenta. It does a better Job then
<br />the Rowenta, its much lighter and has better temp controll. I would recommend this iron to anyone that has a lot of ironing to do.

Is Amazon really selling brand new items?

I am not sure if Amazon is selling brand new products or not. I am buying from them for many years. The packaging is never seals like if you buy the stuff from BestBuy etc. But then also, I thought i might be just bulk product packaging. But, this iron which is suppose to be brand new, had water inside the water tank and the steam pores had already showing the builtup of the minerals.

<br />As such for the iron, the quality does not seem to be good.
